Such modifications include (but are not limited to) painting exterior of home or the installation or modification of fencing, driveway, patio, deck, basketball court or shed. Please contact the Chair of the Architectural review Committee, Lloyd Twite at 406-240-2581 to submit your planned project.
Landscaping changes or improvements that are traditional for our neighborhood (lawn and rock/chip/shrub areas) do NOT require advance approval. However, for any unusual landscaping change or improvement, please contact us in advance through the "Contact Us" button on this website.
